Finance project managers develop and oversee a variety of projects related to an organization’s revenue, from annual statements to investmentvehicles. Finance project managers perform several duties during the project lifecycle, including data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting and tax compliance. This role requires an excellent balance of financial expertise and organization skills, as well as the ability to set schedules and drive team member performance.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee planning and administration of all finance-related projects.
- Review all policies and proceduress of all finance departments and make recommendations on changes.
- Plan and execute changes to enhance operations efficency and accurate financial reporting.
- Work with department leaders to identify opportunities in finance operational effectiveness that involves cage, credit, count, revenue audit, gaming accounting, purchasing and warehouse.
Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)
- Financial analysis – finance project managers need extensive experience in financial management, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting – in this role, financial project managers develop budgets and createforecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue
- Team coordination – developing, leading, and coordinating cross-functional teams is essential for a successful finance project manager, as projects frequently involve sales, accounting, and management personnel
- Time management– finance project managers are highly organized and able to develop project schedules, identify milestones and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time
- Communication skills – successful project managers are skilled communicators, able to report to executives and clearly communicate with team members across department.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Finance
- Prior experience as a financial analyst is preferred

- Ability to work long and varied hours and on shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
- Must be able to read, speak and effectively communicate ideas in English
- Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations
